denial?i realise more often than not, we all like to run away from things, we all rather live in denial rather than face up to problems.
it doesn't make sense right, why do we run away or try in vain to hide, yes we're probably happy for a while, but the problem comes back and it does bite you in the backside - which is so pain and catches you unaware.
i think that's how people sink into depression, being caught off guard - all their problems they ran away from culmulating and crashing down on them..

RUN,
hide as we can we do everything we can, BUT
face up to it.

that's my question to you, simply phrased, how do we muster the strength to face up to issues we know we have to tackle?
i know my answer, do you know yours?
because one thing i've learnt, running away just keeps you further from anything you've set to accomplish. being in denial, makes you like a hermit, more fearful, less bold, and unhappy...
