jogging is definitely not a good way to lose weight.

it makes me eat twice or even thrice the amount i eat.

so the added calorie intake exceeds the calories burnt. i jog for below 20minutes, which is all i can handle now.

now now, thank goodness i don't jog to lose weight. i jog to increase my stamina and cardiovascular fitness level.
