visit to dentist
i visited the dentist today to get my teeth scaled and polished. if i recall correctly, the last time i visited the dentist to 'clean' my teeth was in sec4 (or even sec 3). and to my surprise the dental nurse told me i maintained my teeth quite well.

something serious
i might not be here now, writing this post, if not for the glory of God. if something went 'let's just extend our stay past Christmas', if there were flights we would. the reason why i don't seem to be THAT concerned over the tsunami victims, or as enthusiastic in volunteering to pack stuff is because i'm reminded of that fact, that i might have actually faced those killer waves.
it's funny how bad things happen and the first thing i think of is 'why God, why?', and when you're spared from bad things like this tsunamic catastrophe, it doesn't seem like a big deal. my point is, we should be thankful of everything the Lord has bestowed upon us. i am thankful for everything He has given me, and i'm thankful that i'm still alive today, typing this entry. most importantly, it is not just life which God bestows upon us, but by letting us live to give to the people around us, and to let them know how great He truly is.
i hope my faith grows stronger by the day, and i sincerly pray for it...
