cheap idiosyncratic phuck (cip)
that's what i think about cip. imagine a pile of shit, yea, that's it, hell yea! am i seriously not civic minded? am i some selfish prick? maybe... but i hate doing stuff that you actually benefit. like most people go about fulfilling cip for the sake of university admission, call them kiasu or what, but they do. for me? i do it cos i want to take med. i don't contradict myself cos i hate doing it but taking med overrides most stuff i abhor.
you might be wondering why the fcuk am i talking about cip?
remember the flag day i went for? the teacher decided to not give us the 9 hours cos our tins were too light. oh well, it's apparent what we did during those 9 hours. usually when i do flag-selling i would sell 1 hour of flags to get my tin heavy enough, didn't do it this time though, i felt bad seriously, but just couldn't cos by the time i had the time to it was already pretty late and everybody's walking around town with those nice round stickers on them.
but it kinda hit me, the point of doing cip is helping people. the sad part is, it is 'forced' upon us like how social studies was. just that cip is something worth much more, the experiences and everything, you really get a lot more than what you give. but sadly it has become equivalent to some sad erudite subject. that's what makes it shit, it's like good stuff encapsulated by faeces. not a very apt example but my brains a bit fried, seriously...
won't write an essay on it in this entry, thing it's long enough to make anyone go to sleep.
oh yea, check out hoobastank - the reason
