yesterday's friendlys with jjc were the longest friendlys ever, i think we played from 9 to 3 plus? it was sheer madness man, the tie breaks and all... for my match, i was darn scared, i don't know why, but i was just darn scared... it's like even my tennis teacher could tell lah that i was super super scared for this match. could be due to wanting so much to win this match, to the player on the other side playing well. i guess there are quite a few factors combined, so it was like bam! i was so scared to the point of my legs being kinda shaky, i'm serious. sheesh... so yea, we won jjc 4-1 in the end, but it wasn't cos they were lousy, they were seriously much better than expected and it could have easily been 3-2 or 2-3, the tables could have easily been turned. but i think what made us emerge as victors was the desire to win, this desire to win was probably a bit more than jjc's (which they had quite a bit). anyway, i agree with marcus, saying that jj's the underdogs, they are... i thought the 2nd doubles were good, they had good rapport... the best opponents we had in jj, i mean, it was quite friendly for a friendly and all, considering the rest of the games, we seemed to be in disagreement over some calls. oh well... it happens i guess....
