sick, that's how i feel, physically drained of all my energy. thanks to my mum waking me up in the middle of my nice nap. i hate to get my rest interrupted, oh darn it. well, for those who care, i might be going to school tmr, just depends on the timing, either i'll be going for flag raising or coming later for gp. well, chem and gp, these are the only two lessons i virtually go for nowadays (meaning the past week or so). gp is the only lesson i actually look forward to for the most obvious reasons - the teacher rocks and it's an enjoyable subject.
okay, now about more serious part.
arts vs science
after two years of a triple humans combi, which i hated for again the most obvious reasons i see no point in continuing my study in the arts scene. like, the only humans subject i like now is lit, thanks to the all rounded and enjoyable lit education i have receive in ij. well, pretty true, otherwise how did we achieve an astonishing 83% distinction rate for lit this year, distinction rate mind you, not just o level pass. well, i guess, having tough papers and all helps, i've always been getting a c for lit ever since i can remember. ahaa, passing only because of the parts where i need not study (poem, prose, passage they give you). i was just contemplating the amount of memory work needed in a level lit, afterall, it's an a level subject. the books, would they interest me, i enjoyed lit mainly because of 'to kill a mockingbird' (a brilliantly written book by harper lee which won a pulitzer prize). geezer, should i fight for the combi i want or just settle with econs. i really have no interest towards econs, i was thinking... maybe it's just because of the teachers but honestly i don't give a sh*t about economic systems and all. it so bores me, lit on the other hand invigorates my mind, body and soul. esp. poetry. i admit my language isn't all that great, there are many people who's standard of english far exeeds mine, people like audrey, danielle kwan, etc. but i don't need to shine, it's nice but not a neccessity. hope i didn't bore you typing out my thoughts. just thought i'll be a bit more clear in my subject combi. perspective. so lit it is, although i don't think i can take it with my 3 other subjects, it's just nice to try.
if only i got 8 (which i should have). i'll be able to take chem, bio, lit and math in nj. if only....
